Chapter-32: Genins Pursuit team vs Sound four (Part two)
(Shikamaru POV)
After the six armed guy was defeated, We rested for a bit to discuss strategy for the future encounter.
"We will rest for now. We will attack in the morning for proper advantage. My jutsu will also be strengthened." I said.
"We will actively attack them as a distraction and one of us will grab the barrel and leave with it. Naruto, Neji and me will be responsible for distracting while Kiba will solely focus on taking the barrel away. I will tell you about full plan now...."
(One plan later)
"Any questions?" I asked.
"None." Everyone said.
"Now rest for the time being. We need a lot catching up to do so you better eat food pills and recover your strength and stamina." I said.

(MC POV) (Our mysterious strange entity from prev chap)
Looks like Kidomaru's soul gave me enough information about his body and many other details too.
I think I can easily fight with 6 arms now but it will be hard to get used it.
I will need to restructure my combat style to make it not hinder my path, rather it should complement my fighting.
I think that 6 arms are enough.
Doing Jutsus with full chakra control (due to hand seals) with one pair, using taijutsu and weapons with another pair and using other special abilities and support with last pair will perfect my combat.
A lot of practice is needed.
I will start practicing with six arms.
Their teamwork is also good and because of Rock lee's early entry, Neji was also not beaten up and is now assisting with the mission.
I think Sasuke will have a bad time dealing with them but he can still win if he pushes himself.
He is special jonin bordering jonin without curse mark and He will be a jonin or potentially Elite jonin with the curse mark, according to my assumption.

(Sakon POV) (Starring twin brother Ukon)
It looks like we will be delayed a bit.
I wonder if we will be able to make it in time.
"Oi Tayuya! Will we reach in time at this rate?" I asked.
I fear orochimaru-sama and I absolutely don't want to get on his bad side.
"All I was said was to get Sasuke by tomorrow." She said.
Looks like we will have enough time.
"I hope that we reach in time." I said as chills went down my spine.
"I hope so too." She responded in a similar fashion.
Orochimaru-sama and that Kabuto are too ruthless!
They torture us if the task isn't fulfilled properly or failed.
I just hope that I and Ukon do not get tortured this time.
Suddenly, I heard some tapping noises.
"Oi Tayuya! Do you hear this?" I asked her.
She was scared stiff.
Did orochimaru-sama personally come to us?
"Wrryyyyyyyyyyy....."
This eerie voice.
Impossible!
It came from the box!
The noise started to increase slowly and Sasuke-sama, the current leader of the team looked at me.
"What is the situation?" He asked.
For some reason, I only felt fear.
As if Orochimaru-sama was standing in front of me.
I was shivering but I took control of my body with sheer willpower.
"W-We are being pursued by a genin pursuit team! Kidomaru and Jirobo are presumed dead as they still didn't turn up." I said.
"I suppose you are talking about the fat one and the six armed one?" He responded.
"Y-Y-Yes." I answered.
Tayuya was a little surprised because of what I was doing but as soon as her eyes met Sasuke-sama's, she too did the same and just kneeled on the ground, shivering with fear.
Is he truly the same as us?
What is this sense of helplessness I am feeling, just by being near him?
"We will fight. Wait for them here. I don't see myself being defeated by them and I also want to try this new power of mine." He said as he sat down.
"Oi girl! Go and fetch me something to eat. I am starving. Hurry up or I will eat you up at this rate." He said.
Tayuya didn't say anything but moved towards the nearby stream in order to get something for him to eat.
I asked Ukon to get out and fetch some fruits for him to eat.
Even his saying carries a lot of power behind it, as if he is Orochimaru-sama himself.
I am nothing but scared.
What will happen when Orochimaru-sama takes over him?

(Sasuke POV)
What is this feeling...
Sense of pain is dulled but it's there, I am filled with energy yet I feel drowsy as if my body isn't in my control, Power seems raging inside me...
Is this the power that snake possesses?
I am indeed a bit excited and intrigued.
As long as I don't let him take over, I can easily gain a lot of power like this.
I felt a need to break though this confined space. I hated confined spaces since my parents died.
I tried with some tapping to gather some strength slowly.
My body felt strong but some strength will be needed to break this sealed box.
"Wrryyyyyy....." I tried speaking but my throat was extremely dry.
I couldn't speak even if I wanted to.
Salivation stopped for the time being huh?
After my mouth got a bit normal and I gathered enough strength, I broke out of the box.
I saw the the two headed guy who was shivering after I came outside.
Even my presence is stronger.
"What is the situation?" I asked.
"W-We are being pursued by a genin pursuit team! Kidomaru and Jirobo are presumed dead as they still didn't turn up." He said.
"I suppose you are talking about the fat one and the six armed one?" I asked.
"Y-Y-Yes." he answered.
"We will fight. Wait for them here. I don't see myself being defeated by them and I also want to try this new power of mine." I said as I sat down.
"Oi girl! Go and fetch me something to eat. I am starving. Hurry up or I will eat you up at this rate." I said.
I was feeling extremely hungry for some reason.
The girl moved away immediately to prepare some food while the another presence went to fetch fruits.
I relaxed as it had the same feel as the two headed guy.
I will fight the team here.
I need to try this new power of mine.
I am itching to fight.

(3rd POV)
After being in great pain, Orochimaru finally decided to descend in another vessel now.
The curse by reaper was proven to be more harmful than expected.
His arms were rotting rapidly and they were releasing a lot of blood too.
They were effectively useless currently.
He transferred his body into the battle royale survivor, Gen'yumaru.
Kimimaro was also being manipulated by Kabuto and Kimimaro decides to serve Orochimaru one last time and fetch Sasuke for him.
Kimimaro's body was failing rapidly and he moved with sheer will power.
He was already dying in physical sense but still, his loyalty and reverence towards Orochimaru made him move and serve him one last time.

(Shikamaru POV)
As soon as the daybreak happened, we all took a food pill and immediately started to move at full speed towards our target.
After a while we encountered them.
The two headed guy and the girl were kneeling on the ground while Sasuke was eating a fish and some fruits.
What is this? A miscalculation?
"Oi Sasuke! WHY DID YOU DEFECT?! COME BACK TO THE VILLAGE RIGHT NOW!" Naruto screamed.
"Naruto huh? Sorry, but I refuse. The strength that I received from Orochimaru is far greater than you think. It outweighs all the cons. I need revenge and only revenge right now. No one can stop me from following path of a avenger. Neither could Kazuya nor can you." Sasuke said.
At this point he just seeks power...
"WHAT ABOUT YOUR COMRADES? WHAT ABOUT YOUR FRIENDS?! WHAT ABOUT SAKURA-CHAN?!" Naruto asked.
"Are friends or comrades going to help in revenge? No...They will only hinder my path. As for 'Sakura-chan' heh~ You don't know anything, do you?" He said in a mocking tone.
What did he do?
"...What did you do to her?" Naruto asked, fearfully.
He must be scared about her well-being.
Well, Even I am worried about her well-being a little now.
"Hahahahahahaha....It was so fun to watch her. She tried to stop me from going. It was ironic that that pathetic excuse of a ninja was trying to stop me! I just made her suffer Naruto. Just like you did once but that this one was a tad bit stronger than yours. By the time it was broken, She was shivering like a wet cat. It was so funny~! Hahahahahaha!" He said.
What does he mean? Did he use genjutsu on her?
"...I-Impossible! N-No! You didn't use Genjutsu: Deadlight horror on her that you used on me once...right?" Naruto asked.
I could feel him getting paler by every second. What did he see in that genjutsu to be like that?
"No Naruto. I didn't." He said as he smiled a little.
I had a really uneasy feeling about this.
"I used the real version Naruto. You see...the real version repeats itself over and over again till chakra is exhausted or the victim somehow is released from the genjutsu!" He said.
He is the worst person.
Suddenly Naruto roared like a wild animal.
Orange chakra started to form all over his body and Naruto started to form a big ball of chakra in front of his mouth.
He released the big ball of chakra and rushed to Sasuke to fight.
What is happening to him? Is it the Kyuubi?
(A/N: Naruto sort of indirectly revealed it to shikamaru when Gaara tried to kill lee . Check the anime and manga.)
"Take care of the other three pests. I will take care of the blonde. I won't accept failure. Death will your only way out if you cannot win." Sasuke commanded to the two people who were still kneeling.
The got up and engaged Kiba, Neji and me in a battle now.
Why is this happening?
After fighting for some time, All of us except Naruto and Sasuke were exhausted. What sort of training did they go through.
Suddenly I felt someone was coming towards us.
I felt a kick on my face and the two headed guy and the girl gasping.
Who was it exactly?
I saw a man with pale skin, vivid green eyes, angular facial features, two scarlet dots on his forehead , and shoulder-length white hair, which he wore divided down the middle on his head with two separate partings on either side of his face.
Is he enemy reinforcement?
"Tayuya...I will not kill you now as you have a mission currently but you were too late." He said.
The air around him is nothing like a normal person.
"It is my duty to bring Orochimaru-sama his new vessel. I will fulfill it. Sasuke Uchiha, You are to escape now towards North, where a large mansion is. I will handle it from here." He said.
After hearing this, Sasuke punched Naruto in the stomach and sent him flying.
"Bye Naruto!" Sasuke said with a smirk.
"What a coward! Running with him tail between his legs." Naruto screamed.
"You forgot the first mission didn't you Naruto? We always check our abilities then we fight. Stop your clowning. I always kicked your *ss everytime. This won't be any different. I won't waste my time on this." said Sasuke.
Naruto was launched towards Kimimaro.
Kimimaro tried to pierce Naruto's head but Naruto avoided it and got his shoulder pierced by a bone spiking out of Kimimaro's hands.
Sasuke started to flee.
Sh*t.
This is bad.
All this wasn't in my calculation.

(MC POV)
Looks like Sasuke got some of bad personality rubbed of him from someone.
I wonder who is such a person?
It was fun to watch these guys fight.
Naruto and Sasuke's fight was interesting to watch but others were plain boring.
Kimimaro also came in to rescue Sasuke.
Hmm...So who should I kill and absorb their soul information?
Kiba for his wild ninken jutsu? Obviously nah. They're worthless to me.
Shikamaru? Meh, He can only restrain his opponents right now. It will be useless on a higher level.
Naruto? Nah, He is important for future plans.
Sakon and Ukon? Useless kekkei genkai and bad sealing skills. Nothing of worth.
Tayuya? I think her jutsu with the flute were interesting but not worth it.
Kimimaro? He seems like a nice option. I will obtain some of his bone weapon making tricks so I can use Asura path to mimic weapons.
I really want to kill Orochimaru but I don't think I should do it right now.
It will defeat the purpose of sending Sasuke away.
