Chapitre 22: 1.19 High in Pursuit : Ryan and Jihun (Part 3)

Ryan is doubting his ears. What? He is not mistaken, right? Fully cooperate? Jihun will? This man is too bold.

Jihun ignored his father's surprised expression and Johanna's disbelief one. But, Johanna is a professional. She abides by the rules of a secretary perfectly and had been performing her duties with such diligence. So, she nodded her head in understanding.

"I understand, Sir." She said. Johanna is rushing outside as she needs to prepare for her employer's departure to the police station, and his acceptance to answer the police summon.

Jae Ha hurriedly approached his son. He felt breathless. And his breathing is in a disordered state as panic and anxiety are mixing up and slightly worsen his health condition.

Jae Ha is an old man after all, and he retired from his position due to his heart ailment. Stress takes a toll on his body and weakened his already tired heart. His emotionally exhausted and he is forced to dump the workload on his young son, Jihun.
