When Mana came to, the first thing she saw was an extremely pale faced Raven by her side.

As soon as Raven noticed that Mana had woken up, he asked, "How are you feeling now?" in a very anxious voice.

"Surprisingly normal," Mana replied, quickly taking stock of herself. The headache had disappeared completely as if it had never been there at all. And she felt absolutely no discomfort anywhere at all. In fact, she felt much healthier and better than before, actually.

Seeing the disbelieving look on Raven's face, Mana smiled and held out her hand to him. "Do you want to run a diagnostic check before you let me sit up?" she offered.

Raven nodded silently and took her hand, quickly sending a strand of his own magic through her.
