Chapitre 142: Battle Form

The clear blue sky slowly started to turn red as Evan arrived at the main gate of Wovaria Kingdom. A tense atmosphere and a foul smell immediately greeted them when they arrived at the entrance.

There were no guards in the entrance area nor any signs of a mage around them. Evan could see the gate was badly damaged and there were several large claw marks on the wall and lots of blood staining the entrance. Seeing it he was sure that it was the doing of the beast possessed by the Abyss Monster.

Because it was late in the afternoon and it was impossible to force him to go to the next kingdom to find food, he decided to spend the night in the ruined kingdom.

Since the Wovaria Kingdom was in the middle of the prairie, he wasn't too worried if he didn't find any food. Because that's where the zebras and bison live.
