Chapitre 126: Some Kind of Magic

"Do you think Aunt Lis and Uncle Ted are sleeping together right now?" Wendy tilted her face to face Daniel's bed, which was next to the clear glass window.

In the past, the glass windows were often opened, to let fresh air in and provide energy from nature. But after Wendy was kidnapped, Daniel started to close the window.

That night he wanted to open the window again, wanted to feel the night breeze he longed for, wanted to remember the moment when this world was still in the terror of monsters. But the monsters were never as brave as they were now.

He wanted to go back to those times of peace. Would also like to go back to a time where he still didn't know how much responsibility he had. Daniel wanted to come back.

"Who knows. They're already dating, right? Adults always sleep together when dating," Daniel commented casually. Now he was crawling to retrieve the journals he'd been writing so far, checking to see if they were still all right.
