Chapitre 110: Prison Break? [2]

Alex had still been in the hallway when all that happened. He had been trying to stay away, giving the siblings their privacy before he decided whether he would let Nik go or give the bastard to the authorities he had evaded for years and years.

He didn't want to watch the brother and sister, especially now that Nik had confirmed that Alex wasn't going to let him go. He didn't want to see the betrayed face of Amelia Jacobs because that would be his undoing. He wanted to go back and see what was happening with her and her brother. 

He had urged to check on them and make sure Nik told his sister the truth, but what point was that when he had heard the conversation earlier? There were a lot of questions that he needed to be answered, but the explosions only added more questions.
