Chapitre 132: Journey through Hell Part 1

The roughness of a tongue scratching against the muck of unbrushed teeth disconcerts Daniel. His nose, assaulted by a stench that could repel even the most composed, breathes in Eris' scent. Clumpy, sweat-infested hair sticks onto Daniel's forehead. Inside Eris' body, Daniel confirms the fact; Eris really does need a shower.

Opening his eyes, Daniel views the world in a new light.

With Eris' dark brown irises, a shade darker than Daniel's own, Daniel sees the tree's green not as life-holding but as piercingly bright. Eris' pessimism must still be present even with Daniel's soul harbouring his body.

Realizing that the soul within Eris' body has changed, the wooden operating table retracts its binds that slither around Eris', or rather, Daniel's mouth, ankles, and wrists. 

Daniel sits up.

"Mhm! Mmmmhm!" On the opposite operating bench, Eris squirms and jerks against the table's binds.
