As Adolf drove through the gates of Tom's mansion with Tom and Lucy comfortably seated in the back seat, Lucy leaned back against her seat, her eyes reflecting a tired contentment.

"We're home," Tom said softly as he turned to look at Lucy, who smiled wearily and reached over to squeeze his hand.

"We weren't gone for long, but it always feels good to be back here," she murmured, already imagining the comfort of their bed and the warmth of the home.

It had become clear to her that no matter how nice anywhere else was, she always felt more at home here than anywhere else and that was the sole reason she was moving in completely.

Once Adolf parked the car, they got out and headed for the door, leaving him to bring their bags. But before they could get to the front door, it swung open and they were greeted by a small, excited voice.

"Lucy! Tom!" Jamal called as he came rushing towards them, his face lighting up with joy.
