Chapitre 224: Lowly maid

The maid stood quietly planning how to defend herself but to her surprise, the prince did not ask any questions he just instructed her.

Prince Sebastian picked up the cup in from of Ellen and passed it to the maid. His gaze was cold causing the maid to feel rooted on her spot. she did not dare collect the cup.

"Take, drink," He said just two simple words but the maid felt like she receive a death sentence. Everyone at the table could already guess that something was wrong with the cup in the prince's hands. But how did the prince notice that there was something wrong with it?

"I dare not your highness. How can I a lowly maid drink from the same cup as the royale family?" The maid rejected respectfully. Prince  Sebastian nodded his head in agreement.

"Then you are honored, to be given this rear opportunity," Prince Sebastian said, still holding the out for the maid. The maid did not attempt to take the cup.
