No, it was likely not going to be ok. This qualified as major shit. The door, which I assumed had been locked behind that boy, was shut and I was trapped in a room with my savage mate who likely wasn't going to live to see the end of the day.

Anton roared at me when I spoke, and, despite his transformation, he sounded more animal that any wolf I'd ever heard.
