Hydra Five landed, curving all of his necks. "Chill, comrade. I've no intention to fight. Let's strike a deal." The way the pointy tongue slithered outside, hissing, made Zeir click his tongue with disgust. But Hydra Five continued. "Give me a human from time to time, without Phoenix's knowledge. I'll do anything."

"I don't want anything from you," Zeir said, looking at the forest. As he watched the humans retreating, he knew this fight was inevitable.

Hydra Five hissed again, this time all of his heads at once. "What did that human female do to you? Is her magic stronger than yours? Are you now her minion?"
