Chapitre 45: Emerald Eyes

Wrenn angrily left the library. He had tried to approach the woman nicely, as his father had suggested. The plan failed miserably. He could freeze her again and keep her like that until the wedding. Even though he knew his father would not be in support of this, he would consider it all the same. 

The man could hardly wait to be king and do everything the way he wanted. The best way for him to get rid of his frustrations was to find a beautiful woman who would fulfill all his needs and desires.

As these thoughts flowed through his mind, the crown prince saw Hope's little maid in front of him in the corridor. He still had an unfinished business with her, and she was exactly what he needed.

The man didn't make any out-of-the-ordinary gestures; he even pretended not to notice her and continued his normal casual walk. The maid was passing by when the man suddenly turned around and grabbed her hands, smashing her against the wall.
