Boom!
Another lightning bolt struck from the now somewhat cloudy skies and fell upon Vincent. It was followed by the booming sound of thunder and another explosion.
Again, dust clouded the dark beast's vision of its prey but this time It could sense danger from the dust cloud greater than before and it became wary. Soon, the dust settled and Vincent was visible with a new appearance.
It was not too different from before yet at the same time it was. The lightning flickers surrounding him were now stronger, thicker, and more erratic. His eyes now taking the color of bright gold.
Vincent examined his body and felt the effects of [Thundra Possession, Second Strike].
‘I feel stronger, faster, more durable. Like nothing can hurt me. Although I can feel my stamina draining, with this, this battle has come to a close.’ He thought with confidence.
[Thundra Possession, Second Strike: The second form of the Thundra Possession technique. Here, the user draws upon the raw energy of the second bolt of lightning to boost his/her physical parameters beyond the first strike.

The beat attacked Vincent with more ferocity than before, it could sense that Vincent was now a bigger threat. Its instinct instructed it to strike hard and fast when he was still distracted.
But that plan was useless as the moment that Vincent heard its roar, he stopped examining his body and focused on the [dark beast] that had attacked him.
Vincent chuckled inwardly at how predictable the dark beast was. Then he noticed, In his eyes the dark beast was sluggish.
‘Slow’ He thought.
He dodged the attack by leaning sideways then retaliated by smashing a round-house kick to the head of the [dark beast]. Incidentally, at the exact spot he almost cut off before. The kick sent the dark beast flying through the air, smashing into many trees before crashing into the ground.
“Whoa! Was that me!” He thought, shocked at his power
The dark beast stood up groggily, a part of its head had been mushed inward bleeding out even more.
“It’s weak, maybe I can end this once and for all.” Vincent thought as he crossed the distance at a blurring speed and appeared above the dark beast. He drew [Moonlit] from his inventory and stabbed towards the beast intent on killing it.
However, the dark beast while weak wasn't out. In a fit of desperation, it conjured a fireball in its right arm and detonated it, pushing it away from Vincent after sensing its impending doom.
“It can still do this!?”, Vincent saw that the dark beast avoided his attack but he wasn’t willing to let this chance slip by.
“[Portal Maker]” He shouted out the name of his skill
On cue, A crack in space opened In front of [moonlit] blade and another right In front of where the dark beast head will be the next second. The dark beast did not notice and dashed straight towards the portal, even if it did it would have been impossible to change its trajectory.
[Moonlit’s] blade pierced into the unsuspecting dark beast's head, penetrating through and coming out the opposite end.
[AN: Sounds like some kind of hent@!. If you get my drift.]
Vincent walked towards the dark beast and checked whether it was dead or not. When he got close, dark energy again burst out from the dark beast and began to heal its body. But Vincent wasn't a fool to wait for its power-up.
“Hell no!”

A massive pillar of lightning descended onto the dark beast's fallen body, eradicating its face from the face of Migas forever.
He then cross-checked whether beyond doubt it was dead or not by sending another [Authority of Lightning: Prime Thunderbolt] onto the area not once noticing that the aura surrounding the beast now was much… much different than before.
''It should be dead now'' Vincent murmured to himself with a satisfied smile.
With this done, Vincent walked away from the battlefield with a claw slash across his chest.
After crossing a safe distance, Vincent took out a healing pill from his storage ring and changed into new clothes. Then he continued heading toward his marked destination
After Vincent had left the area, a crack in space appeared and a shadowed figure walked out.
“it seems that I underestimated you… For now, I’ll retreat. If the angels catch me… it will not end well.” It murmured to itself
But that was a bit too late now.

''Without further ado. I give to you [The Mirror of Earthly Omniscience]'' Azazel introduced with nonexisting grandiose.''
''[Mirror of Earthly Omniscience]'' Uriel murmured to himself

''This ball is our ticket to spying on the successor''

''The [Mirror of Earthly Omniscience] is a way of viewing the inhabitants of the world the way the world sees it. I'm sharing or rather connecting to the vision of the realm itself.''
''Hence giving us the ability to see all of the worlds and bypassing fathers' barriers. But there's a limitation, we can only see 1 minute into the future, unlike with the heaven system''
''This is brilliant!" Uriel exclaimed in happiness while the other angels were shocked
After all, Azazel just created another means of omniscience. There may be plenty of spells and artifacts that can do so like the [Clairvoyance: None Shall Hide Before Me] and the artifact [Journal of A Later Time] but those two had repercussions.
But with the [Mirror of Earthly Omniscience], there were no repercussions nor drawbacks only one limitation which is the inability to look that far into the future
''Now shall we take it out on a test run.'' Azazel beamed in delight.
“Yes!’
After receiving confirmation from the other archangels, Azazel turned toward the ball and placed his hands on it. He began to channel his energy into it and the ball glowed brighter in response for a while and then settled. When it did, the fight between the dark beast and Vincent became visible to Angels.
Their faces morphed from happiness to worry which then slowly morphed into surprise and then happiness again when Vincent eradicated the dark beast.
''I didn't expect the successor to be this strong.'' Raphael praised Vincent's show of power in the battle against the dark beast.
''Neither did I'' Uriel added
''I wonder where he got that kind of power from'' Azazel mumbled to himself.
The archangels continued watching the display of the [Mirror of Worldly Omniscience] until it reached an image that made all the archangels twist their face in disgust and angel.
'’Demon!'' they all shouted at the same time
