Chapitre 189: You are going to lead the quest

Lilin's POV: 

Surprisingly, it just took me less than two hours to heal my broken heart this time—as I didn't actually give my heart to Aaron. 

I decided not to go back to Ashland ever again. Aaron will get the message that I am not interested in him if I don't show up in his lands.

I reminded myself that it was just lust! The feeling of lust can be suppressed easily—but it is not the same for love. Anyway, I was not stupid enough to fall in that pit again. 

Love is just an illusion that gives false happiness—it is not so different from intoxicants like grey wine. Power and Victory is the only thing that can provide real happiness. It is not an illusion like love! 

The one who has the power rules the realm—and the one who doesn't have it is a slave to the one who has it. 

I want to be powerful like my mother and destroy my rivals! This is going to be my only quest from now on.
