Chapitre 61: I Want To See It

Cedric carried Brione to his room and gently put her down on his bed. He sighed as he sat beside her and stared at her.

"Look at you, sleeping like a baby," he whispered with a smile while caressing her hair lightly. He was about to get up and get her a change of clothes when he noticed a journal on his bedside table. It was probably one of Brione's journals.

It looked familiar to him though, so he grabbed it and decided to check it. He opened a page and started to read. He suddenly winced and felt his head aching before some fragments of memories flashed through his mind.

His body stiffened and his breathing became laboured. He stared at Brione for a short while and once he started to feel better he continued reading the journal.

Brione stirred a little in her sleep so he stopped reading and placed the journal aside to look at her.
