Chapitre 44: Present - 20

It's been two days since Paul came to the hospital with Regina in his hands, who looked like a puddle of blood, her face distorted, covered in red, her body severely hurt with black spots all over her.

She still had not woken up so Paul had started staying in her room, he showered there in her room and ate whatever the nurse brought for him there. He just did not want to leave her side, he had become too afraid to leave her alone or leave her side.

His biggest fear was Vulture right now. He was sure that by then someone must have notified him that Regina was there at the hospital. And he knew Vulture very well, he knew that once Vulture found that out, he would definitely come there and do anything to take her back.

So if he would be not there to protect her, she would be not just injured and alone but also most vulnerable. Right now he wanted to protect her at all costs.
