Chapitre 141: A happy and serene beginning

My heart was aching. The wound was too deep for me and it was worsen when Lisandro disappeared suddenly.

With a broken heart, I entered into the living room. I was freezing to death until I saw Brooke holding a white towel.

Without uttering a single word, he walked closer and wrapped it around my body. He knew what to do when I'm in the lowest point of my life.

Brooke helped me to go upstairs. Along the way, he was too quiet as if he knew eveeything what happened.

My feet was shaking, but thanked to this warm towel. It somehow comforted my cold body.

From a distance, I caught a glimpse of Monica who was standing right on the wall. She wasn't smiling which gave me the idea that she might see Lisandro and I had an arguement under the rain.

"Kindly help her take a bath and change. She might catch a cold when she stay this way." Brooke told Monica.
