Lucifer was still inside the facility. He had just turned ten years old when he was given the results that he could never become a Variant. 

Before he could even come to terms with the sadness and the pain, he was taken by the scientists on his last trip to the lap. 

He was placed on the bed, and some machines were attached to his body. Before he even knew it, he started going to what seemed like a torture. His entire body was burning as his cells started being destroyed. 

He kept his eyes open, crying and screaming throughout the process. It was only in the end when his screams stopped and his tearful eyes closed. 

Even though the moment was one of his worst memories, he still remembered it like it happened just yesterday. It was a memory he could never forget.
