The lovers fell asleep in each other's embrace. Jayden was utterly exhausted both emotionally and physically.

With the object of his worry fine, he fell asleep holding on to her. Some minutes into their blissful relaxation, the ward was opened.

A man dressed in a lab coat walked in. His gaze darted here and there in search of something.

An observer could easily tell that the man didn't belong there. His discomfort was evident in his eyes. As he walked closer to the bed, he retrieved a syringe from his coat.

Jasmine was quite sensitive to the noise around her. The opening of the door had woke her up.

She pinched Jayden effectively waking him up. since she could hardly move her head, waking him was the only way she could defend herself.

Jay opened his eyes only to see someone trying to inject a yellow liquid into his woman. His first reaction was to push the man away.
