With a loud slam, Foster's foot struck Octer's shield. It was a clear sound, filling out this training room in an instant.

"Huh..." Foster let out immediately, looking at the spot he just kicked on the wooden training shield. It had slightly caved in under the weight of the attack, "I think I get it."

"You get what?" Octer asked confused, looking at his friend with a wry smile. He leaned forward, peaking at the front of the shield that Foster was staring at so intensely, before widening his eyes, "Wait, did you break this? I just bought this!"

"Ah... Sorry about that..." Foster replied with a wry expression, awkwardly looking back, "I'll buy you a new one if we can't fix it..."

Octer grumbled slightly, shaking his head, "It's fine, it's not much anyway... More importantly, is your foot alright? You didn't hurt yourself or anything?"

Quickly, Foster shook his head, "Nah, I'm good, I think. Although it does hurt a bit..."
