Ren came out of her thoughts as she stood up and walked outside the room. Orion watched as she disappeared outside and then after a few minutes reappeared with a familiar thing in her hand. She presented it to Orion who as expected found it to be the invitation from Monroe family.

"Professor, is this ….?"

"Yes." 

She replied in a calm voice. Now it had become certain that he was not actually that jerk she thought him to be, she felt responsible to shield him from the shenanigans from her Family that must be conspiring something if they were inviting him.

With resources like that in their disposal She refused to believe that they didn't know Orion is not from the Hidden world. She could bet whatever they were cooking up must be related to the fact that he was a vulnerable and weak piece in the magical society. But she was not going to let them win like that , not against her innocent student.
