Chapitre 57: Weird Day at School

The next day came with Jihan still not happy with Adrian's opinion about abandoning the mission. Even though Adrian does make a valid point, he still does not think that it is right to go back to the base without even knowing what John Smith is up to.

They went to school with an attitude like they fought but has yet to make up. Even their newly made friends could feel the tense atmosphere around them. They decided to just act natural around the two instead of messing with their problems.

Adrian did not really pay too much attention to the way Jihan is acting because something is not right when he entered the school. He felt this unnatural energy present in the air around the school, but it has no sign of aggression.

"It feels like it is incubating or something? The only problem is that the aura that thing is giving off is faint. It feels both spiritual yet artificial at the same time. I should investigate later when it is break time." Adrian thought as he returned to listening to class but some of his attention is still on the unnatural thing that he is sensing.

The school bell rung, and Adrian immediately stood up as he wanted to locate the source of that unnatural energy. It was perfectly still about a few hours, but the energy suddenly vanished when the bell distracted him.

Adrian walked aimlessly inside of the school trying to find the source of that unnatural energy. He did not find the source of energy, but he did find four girls bullying a girl in the corner of the school. They were not physically hurting her, and Adrian is about to walk away when he heard something that made him stop in his tracks.

"Orphan trash like you should stay away from him. You think that he likes you when in truth he is just pitying you. Do not become delusional thinking that our upperclassman will like you when you are not even desirable." The girl leading the group that is bullying the girl stated.

"Seriously, I thought it was something good, but it is just because of an upperclassman. I should just get away. You can only help yourself in the end. Even if I help her, the next time would be no different to what it is now when I am not present in the next time that they bully her.

In the end, you are making yourself the target of bullying by being passive and weak. It might not be entirely her fault because that is just the jungle. Only the strongest survive. If she does not stand up for herself then she will never rise up to the occasion." Adrian thought as he started to turn his back when he felt that unnatural energy flare up and disappear.

Adrian did not feel like he was wrong because that unnatural energy also manifested with genuine killing intent. The next thing that Adrian saw is the girl being bullied sitting on the floor while the others just laughed at her.

Adrian suddenly felt something unusual as he could feel that the girl being bullied is not feeling anger or indignation. If the unnatural energy came from her and she hid it then these bullies are the ones that are going to get hurt or they might even die if the girl being bullied is the one that released that energy.

"Why are you not saying something?" Cat got your tongue?" The girl bully leader stated as she did not invoke the emotion that she wanted from the one they are bullying.

When the girl leader bully could no longer handle the silence of the one, they were bullying, she raised her hand and is about to slap the girl. That is around the time where Adrian stepped in and showed himself.

"I think that is enough from you bullies. You should know that you will be reported to the school after lunch. I have it all on my phone which is why it is definitely gin to your record." Adrian stated as he flashed his phone which made the three other girls panic while the leader just glared at Adrian.

"You are lucky that someone is here or else!" The girl bully leader told the girl that they bullied.

"We were just having a friendly conversation after all. No need to report it because my father is one of the board members of this school if you know what I mean." The girl bully leader stated but that just made Adrian flare up and bury this bitch six feet under.

"No wonder you were confident in bullying because your parents are part of the school board. You are nothing without your parents which makes you more useless than an orphan. You are just a good for nothing that has no value added to society but be a parasite to your parents." Adrian stated with a smirk on his face.

The girl bully leader stopped on her tracks and glared at Adrian. He hit the nail on the head as she has always had the inferiority complex about her parents. Even at home, her parents do not even praise her and such and just lets her do what she wants.

"Did I hit the nail on the head? Let me add another thing then. The only reason that all four of you are ganging up on one individual is because you guys are weak by yourselves because deep down all you know that each of you do not amount to anything else.

You bully those you think who are weaker than you because you can. In reality, you people only like to see someone weaker than you when you gang up on someone. In the end, reality will not change that you people are not going to become successful or reach your dreams because all of you are just lacking." Adrian stated which made the four speechless and they became teary.
