Chapitre 60: 60. Very Disappointing Thing

Victoria felt awkward when Raymond touched her hand. They move to the beat of the music. Raymond smiled sweetly at her.

"Vicky, you're looking so beautiful," said Raymond.

"Thanks."

Victoria smiled halfheartedly. She didn't really like this situation, and she was still worried if Baron suddenly appeared. She looked for a small black animal, but she couldn't find it.

Raymond's face was too close to her. Victoria turned her face back when Raymond was about to kiss her.

Courtney and Scott are kissing while hugging. Victoria did not dare to kiss like that in public. She saw Mariah and Keith smiling at her as if they were waiting for the moment when she and Raymond would kiss like Courtney too.

They are wrong. Victoria had no feelings for Raymond. She and Raymond were just friends and could never be more than friends.
