Chapitre 286: Acceptance

After talking to Zaki, Azrael went to see Grandma Elysa in the dungeon. He wanted to talk to her about Selene. Eros personally requested this favor. He couldn't refuse his cupid's friend.

He was distracted while going to the dungeon. Zaki's answer about Selene's fate was too vague. He mused over what he meant by Selene's fate had been sealed.

Upon entering the dungeon, Azrael headed to the cell where Grandma Elysa was being detained. There was another grim reaper staying on guard inside. He greeted Azrael and opened the cell for him to enter.

Azrael asked the guard to give them privacy so the grim reaper left them alone. Grandma Elysa was elated to see Azrael. She knew that he was the one who brought Selene back to life.

"Thank you for coming here to see me. I haven't thanked you yet for saving my granddaughter's life. Thank you, Azrael." Grandma Elysa held his hand, sincerity could be seen in her eyes.
