She sounds so devastated, but she barely shows her expression. I asked Francesca about the poaching incident, and she said a third of Forsaken- members moved to the Aarus Empire's faction and joined Supremacist Clan this morning. She didn't know when and how they managed to persuade them, but one thing that she knows is they all left this morning at the same time when Ivonna and the others are online.
