I tried nesting a frown but I failed. "What do you want?"

"One drink with you?" She waved a brown paper bag at me.

"Tequila." She grins. "Please." She pouts.

"Are you trying to get me drunk during work hours?"

"Maybe, to say I am sorry." She sighed.

"By getting me drank?"

She shrugged.

"I'm really sorry I went behind your back and hired Brad. I can revoke that."

"Her eyebrow drew together welcoming a frown.

I dunk in a breath. "Even though I am not happy with it, I shouldn't let my emotions get the better of me and let it affect this project. You are right Brad is a good architect, he is what we need."

I forced a smile to assure her.
