Chapitre 450: His Departure

His mother's death marked the end of his childhood. Malik no longer had a playmate and a shoulder to lean on.

The only person he relied on was cruelly executed as he watched. He stopped talking but didn't stop taking care of himself. His father returned a year later.

Fortunately, no one occupied his mother's chambers. He was left alone to fend for himself. When his father returned, the two hardly spoke. 

Malik saw the broken look in his father's gaze. He wanted to blame him but couldn't because his mother had asked him not to.

Hence the little boy ceased speaking to his father. Muntaha observed his child with a heavy heart. He was too late. His heart was breaking the more he looked at his innocent boy.

Instead of grievance, he saw resolve and vengeance reflected in his orbs. He hated how his child didn't have a normal childhood. Any other child will be crying after meeting his father.
