Chapitre 345: where it started

A beautiful young girl stayed in the shadows watching the two figures playing around. Her eyes appeared almost murderous with envy as she watched the lovers being all cosy and happy.

She was none other than Malaika. The couples were her sister Juweyriya and her lover Marjan, the King of Heaven. 

He was the source of desire for everyone but only one had his love. Her twin and older sibling. For that reason, Malaika hated her sister.

She felt as though Juweyriya took something that belonged to her away. The younger of the two believed that if her sister didn't exist, then the King would be hers.

Hence her previous envy escalated to murderous hate. Even before the King became a part of their lives, the sisters never got along.

The younger had the habit of claiming everything that her older sibling took a liking to. On most occasions, the elder would give up things for Malaika. Not because she was weak.
