She looked confused and hurt as time went by. He never gave her an answer. Wasnt she being delusional all along?

She felt cold inside. The warmth she had felt when he laid beside her was gone. The entire day went by with her looking dull and lifeless.

Yet, no tears left her eyes. Instead, she felt anger course through her veins. Her initial insecurities morphed into anger unlike any she has ever felt.

Fortunately, her brother wasn't around. He had traveled to another state for a few days early in the morning.. She had the entire place to herself.

She walked outside her little home and noticed the sky getting darker. It was about to rain. Shelooked at her dress. It was light on her body and easily floated in the air as the cool breeze wafted through the air.

Samira recalled a song her mother taught her. It was the song she would sing to her every time the girl was upset or sad.
