Chapitre 201: Learn to Fly

He stood in the same spot he has been standing for days. Just watching her cry so pitifully. It broke his heart. Between them was a transparent wall which tries as he may, he couldn't break through.

She has completely shut him out. Even so, he could see how broken she was. That too, he was responsible for it. It was one of the most difficult things he had to accept and endure to date.

She couldn't see him but he could. She sat cross-legged bowling her eyes out. Her entire body shook from her painful sobs.

His own eyes teared up. He stretched his hand only for it to go through her frame. This was the effect of the barrier she had set up.

Deliberate or unconscious, she had wanted desperately to protect herself from the world.

This was after all her soul. The most sacred part of her existence. She must have felt truly vulnerable to do this.
