Chapitre 124: The Final Phase

Before the dagger could hurt either of the two, Warda came into contact with an invisible wall. She tried to cut through it out of rage. Her eyes were red. Her entire body was filled with killing intent.

As though Zamarad's emergence evoked something in them, the ancient beings matched towards the wall in a bid to help Warda. Khalid and Amira were the first to take action. They rushed towards them intending to keep the two safe.

As for Fatma and Zain, they were in no position to fight. Zamarad had exhausted Zain's body the minute she sucked the essence out of him. His body needed rest to adjust back to his initial structure.

Fatma was already exhausted from the fight. Now that her man was down, he was her priority. She made a shield and cuddled his face in her lap as she gently patted his hair to soothe the pain. Her eyes were glued to where Zamarad and Shahzad floated.
