Chapitre 45: Chapter 29 (B)

I stepped in and followed my instincts that led me to the living room. I didn’t know where to go but I had been here so many times that my feet did know.

“Ryan…” I called him. I didn’t want to go to his bedroom. I felt like it would be too personal, considering that we were not on those terms at the moment. I walked further to the kitchen and just the kitchen of this mansion was bigger than my entire house.

“Noah…” I heard his voice behind me and I froze in my position.

If I turn around, I'm going to see him, for the first time ever. Am I ready to see him in this situation when I'm supposed to hate him? My mind was a mess of thoughts.

“C’mon, I think we should sit down.” He spoke again and I shut my eyes tight. I was mustering up the courage to turn around and look at him.

“Noah…” He called again and now his hand was on my shoulder. His touch ignited me. The spark, the burn that I was craving for, returned. I felt alive the moment his hand brushed my bare neck.
