Saturday was the day that both Leo and I decided to tell the adults about the situation regarding Kane. Since Kane’s interference is backed by a multinational conglomerate too much for normal governments to handle, much less two prepubescent teenagers who haven’t even graduated from high school yet. The thing that instigated Leo’s decision though was when I told him about how I’ve given up two favors just for Kane not to interfere with Uncle Evan’s businesses.
“I’m glad you’ve finally decided to open up to me, Hunter!” Leo exclaimed after I had told him everything about my conversation with Walker, while also speaking about how I’ve decided to consume one of my favors with Mr. Spencer behind Kane’s back after his first visit to Adrian’s house.
“Though, I’m really annoyed at how you’ve spent so much to help my family when you are not even involved with our family drama to begin with.” Leo pouted while smothering his own face against my chest.
