Matt sat in his lab with Roxanna lying unconscious on the couch. He carried her all the way back and changed into his spare clothes in the lab. He threw the jacket from his suit over the unconscious Roxanna and moved to the cold room that held all of his frozen samples. It was time to consolidate his powers. The ESP suits proved to be as problematic as he expected. Although they still had limitations, with a genius like John Nilsson working on them, it wouldn't take long to perfect.

However, when he opened the time delayed seal on his samples, he grabbed a nearby beaker and threw it at the wall, causing it to shatter. It was completely empty. Matt walked over to his computer and accessed the security footage with his credentials. He saw Alexandra walk in, transfer all the samples to her own container, and then left without any problem. Matt gritted his teeth and the bloodlust hidden deep within started to surge once more.
