Keira stood among the crowd, being filed into a new area. They'd walked in a line through some of the maze Keira, Ahren and Dylan had explored recently, though most of it was still hard to remember. It all looked the same. At this point, though, Keira felt utterly alone.
In this game, they'd split the men and women into separate groups, and now that she wasn't with the other two, Keira felt the stares of the other females more. She had turned into a target without them even discovering her identity. Absolutely fantastic.
The crowd began to slow down until Keira passed through a set of double doors, and they came to an abrupt stop. There were so many of them it was claustrophobic. Keira also remained vigilant; one of the she-wolfs on the way had already been literally stabbed in the back and left to die. Nobody did a thing, and the guards pointed a gun in Keira's face before she could try and help.
