Chapitre 144: The na-bots

Time had passed swiftly when there were things to do. Enjoy Victor's company (and that included a lot of sex, now that they had all time, energy and privacy to play out whatever fantasies they had) and do more research.

Beistand was the core of it. Eve really ignited with passion at the idea of making more of robots like him. She gathered inactive cores from dead zombies in the nearest city—there were tons of the inactive cores around now—for her experiments and together with Victor worked hard on that idea.

It was possible to achieve, she knew. Beistand evolved on its own once, and so Eve could mimic that progress if she tried hard enough. And it took her a lot of hard trying, but eventually she succeeded in making a core with architecture—if not memory—mimicking Beistand's.
