Chapitre 123: Anya's Journey 5

Anya struck the moment she evaded those arrows. The bandit leader was not someone to be looked down upon. He was confident that he could take on the captain of the Imperial Knights. However, raw strength does not give him the ability to dodge or parry Anya's lighting-fast strike.

Just as he swung his battle-ax, Anya had already pierced his chest.

"What?" Anya muttered with a frowning face. There was something wrong that made her sweat.

"How?"

This time, it was the bandit leader who muttered that question. Indeed, he was strong that even Anya was surprised. She thought she was fast enough and that this bandit leader would not be able to dodge or parry her attack. However, it seemed that his intention was to kill her first before she could even get close.

"I... underestimated you." Anya whispered before retracting her sword from his chest, "But it seemed that I underestimated myself more."
