She frowned at the screen, perplexed. Mel was inviting her over to do something without Jonah being there? This sounded an awful lot like girl time only. 

"What's with that face?" Aubrey asked. 

"…Jonah's aunt invited me over to make pies and watch Jane Austen movies."

"Have none of your boyfriends' female relatives wanted to hang out before? What's so weird about that?"
