"This is crucial information. Report this to Omega immediately," I say to Lt. Evans, not needing to fake the look of seriousness on my face.

Omega is the deciding body for situations like this, situations that occur after a case. And now I'm lying to them. 

I don't like lying, and any other time, I would be against Len's plans of going against the government and allying with The Last Order. But like she said, we don't have a choice now. It's either this, or I never get my sword back. 

It didn't take long for the woman, whose name I found out is Odette, to spill on Banian's plans. Her fate is already sealed, she probably knows that. Being helpful with us authorities is the only way to lighten her sentence. After all, her cooperation with us is a big factor on what level of Tartarus she'll be staying at. And what level of Tartarus people stay at makes a huge difference.
