Chapitre 55: The place where our dreams live. Part three.

After those strange conversations, I felt very tired and immediately I felt sleepy.  Without noticing how I fell asleep, I just let life become as unpredictable as Leon's mood, which was changing by the second. 

I lay on my back in the soft and cozy bed, that was like the most true kings' bed, feeling the softness of the pillow and the warmth from the blanket. And even though I was sound asleep, I could still hear Leon pacing the room, tapping his heels on the marble floor. But still, at times I would fall asleep even more soundly, and in that moment my thoughts would drift away from me. 

I don't know how long I slept, but one thing I do know is that when I woke up it was already evening. 

The bed suddenly felt cold and when I opened my eyes I noticed I was lying on the edge of the bed. As I was about to fall to the floor, I caught the curtain hanging from the ceiling and sat up.
