Chapitre 12: Chapter 12
I wake up very drained with Iron Fist nearby. I dont remember a time when I was this injured in battle but I also haven't battled something that strong in a long time. They aren't able to come over into our realm very easily because it take a lot of power for them to stay here which is lucky for me I guess since it will be a long time before I will have to face it again.
As I sit there on the cot in my medical wing of my den. I can barely move I hurt so badly. Iron Fist looks at me saying "glad your ok we weren't entirely sure what to do until we called Fury" I just nod sitting up. He then says "you shouldn't get up your injuries were pretty bad." I dont listen and get up out of the cot and stumble over to a mirror taking off my shirt looking at my back I then say "the poisons are still jn my system." I start going through my cabinets looking for bayroot to help remove the toxins. When I find it i stumble back to the cot I can tell that its morning by how much I hurt from the toxins. If it was night and my powers were active I wouldn't hurt all over. The only good thing about my powers is it give me a tolerance to the toxins and poisons of certain beasts and ghouls.
I sit back in the cot and chew on the bayroot. I close my eyes when my phone rings I pick it up without looking saying "yeah" I hear a familiar voice come through on the other end "well I dont think I have been greeted like that before" I look at the caller ID and its Tony Stark I then say "sorry i didn't make it to work today Mr. Stark I wasn't feeling well today." He replies "I want calling you about that I wanted to have a meeting with you about some of the events that have been taking place." What!? What could he possibly want to talk about did he find out that I'm his daughter but thats impossible. Right?
