Pascal and Bryan stopped in unison.

As they turned to look at each other, the new group of people had already beaten up their attackers and their attackers were now unable to fight back.

Pascal and Bryan watched the scene unfolding before them and looked at each other.

Bryan said calmly, "Zi Yi probably sent these people. How did she know we were in danger anyway?"

Pascal lowered his eyes and pondered. "Perhaps the invisible barrier we encountered yesterday was able to track our GPS coordinates."

The two of them did not go through the invisible barrier at the same time as the rest of the students. However, someone followed up later and made them walk through it telling them it was used to verify and confirm all their personal particulars.

Bryan paused briefly and felt he made sense. Just as he was about to speak, he noticed a painful expression on Pascal's face. He asked anxiously, "Are you alright?"

"I'm fine."
