As soon as the pair of players and their managers entered the room, they felt like they were pulled into another dimension altogether. The interior of the room is not affected by the movie venue's authority and this sole hospital room remained the same. This is indeed one of the rooms in the hospital they are currently in. 

When the movie had begun a certain power enveloped a part of the original hospital and turned it into a game scenario location. But it is a scenery that is created in a mirror world, making the whole venue of the Haunted Asylum connected to the real hospital where original and players in the abyssal world go to.
