The most pressing that occupied the inside of my head was the question what would the Shadow do next? He had realized I had outwitted him. I would be magnanimous in my victory in this battle, for the next encounter of this kind would not be easy to overcome for I foresaw an aggressively vile, vindictive, and well-prepared adversary to confront me. To withstand the next conflict that would inevitably come I should be prepared and willing to fight him head on aggressively. For now, the best thing to do is to savor the moment knowing fully that Georgia had escaped death by a hair’s breadth.
