"Let's all have some tea!" Came to the conclusion the oldest of the women, who seemed to be the cook and who offered Soo-Ah a sympathetic nod. 

Soo-Ah sighed in relief. It seemed everyone accepted her presence. Sitting at the table she was a little apprehensive to start a conversation since she did not know them well.
