Chapitre 150: Larger Than Life

A pile of snow covering the landscape was like a thick blanket, some were still embracing the tree branches tightly, never seeming ready to say goodbye and surrender to the morning rays. It was hard to believe that the storm was just several hours apart with this bright sunshine.

Gilbert entered Marvel's bedroom after knocking, pulling the curtains on both sides. Marvel was awakened by the dazzle, getting up while stretching his neck a bit. He told Gilbert that he had a good sleep after he kept waking up to a nightmare for the last three days. Somehow, it just stopped coming in the middle of his sleep during last night's hurricane.

After reacting positively to the good news, Gilbert put a wool shawl around Marvel's shoulder over his pajamas to make him warm and invited him to the table downstairs to have breakfast.
