My poor last braincell finally catches up with them. 'She will break his heart.' I finally realize.

'We have to call him,' Elijah says as he grabs his phone.

'What do we tell him? "Hey, Ari saw you and Lana fall in love, but he also saw that she will fall in love with someone else through some weird magic, please believe us?" As if he will!' I raise my voice again. 'I haven't told him about my ability, and I'm not planning to.' They fall silent again.

'So, uhhh, wanna spy on his date?' Isaiah tries instead.

'Yeah, I wanna see Lana for myself. It'll be like a secret mission!' Elijah agrees and gives his lover a high five.

I sigh and reluctantly agree. I can't stop them once they're excited, no matter how stupid their ideas are. So I might as well watch over them. It's not like I'm curious myself or something. Not at all.
