Hello! This basically just a page full of notes, so that you can look back at these if you forget how a character looks or where they are in the story or such, or if you just want to get to know the characters before going into the story.
Either way, this auxiliary chapter has you covered. If you consider these things to be spoilers by the way, you can just ignore this.

I. The Main Characters
1. Rin Asahiro:
20-years-old, black hair, and yellow, amber-colored eyes. She's kind, most of the time, as her mother taught her to be, but she's not afraid to take selfish actions if she feels she needs to. Although she is young, her lewd body and elegant face give off an older aura. Her voice, though, betrays her real age as she has a slightly high-pitched tone. She's not one for super-fashionable clothing, outside of her work. Her cup size is 38DD (in American measurements). She is 5'3" tall (or 160cm) and she weighs 138lbs (or 58kg) at the start of the story.
She is also very gay, though she is capable of turning her mind off and having sex with men if it benefits her somehow.
Weapon of Choice: Fists.
2. Elisa D'Ana:
22-years-old, sunlight-colored orange long hair, with bright green eyes. Her personality is equally as fiery as her hair, she goes after what she wants and doesn't take no for an answer, however, she puts her family before herself always and will not hesitate to sacrifice a piece of her own life if her family needs her to. She is astonishingly tall, measuring at a height of 6'3" (or around 192cm) and weighing at 146lbs (or 66kg) of mostly muscle, as her body is toned and trained due to the fact that she's always wanted to be an adventurer.
Sexually speaking, Elisa appears to have no real preferences, sleeping with whoever she finds attractive regardless of their gender or even their personality.
Weapon of Choice: Dual Greatswords
3. Xhez:
A simple water sprite. She is 23-years-old, though sprites' bodies age slower than humans do. Her blue body is watery, almost like she is covered in a layer of liquid. Her hair is composed of watery tendrils and she's got two big blue eyes. She's flat-chested and she is 4'0" feet tall (or 121cm) and weighs 91lbs (or 41kg). She is eternally optimistic, as she does not understand much about the world around her, but she is determined to learn as much as she can.
As all sprites do, she possesses perfect memory, which she hopes will help her on this journey.

II. The World
REGION = Ilyrum. A landmass that is hugged by an ocean at the north and islands to the south.
TIME = 1244 A.S. It is said that human civilization began over four thousand years ago, but in the year 0, an event called "The Split" happened. No one knows exactly what it was, but most of humanity was wiped out overnight and although humanity's structures remained, animals and vegetation took most of the land back.
Now, a thousand years later, humanity has managed to build a few great cities, but the land mostly remains in control of the beasts and monsters.
Most of the information known today was gathered up in old libraries that took decades to decode, as language has changed over time.
LANDMARKS =
The Crescent River. A line of water that almost splits the land in two. Until the invention of the International Railroad, traveling this river was a perilous and time-consuming journey. Most early civilizations were built around this place, for fishing purposes. Due to that, there are many ruins to be found hugging the river.
The International Railroad. Built as a symbol of peace by the large cities of Libera and Cradle, it is a railroad that cuts through most of the region allowing for swift access to most cities, villages, and towns.
The Abyss. An unknown area that exists beneath the earth.
The Ashen Woods. A dead forest where the land is grey and the undead roam freely. Considered a prime spot for adventurer training, but uninhabitable. A wound of the old world.
The Bioluminescent Lake. A body of water that glows in the night. It is considered haunted by some, and a romantic place to visit by others, though little is known about it.
The Stretch. An area heavily populated by monsters. Located around the Crescent River, between Libera and Cradle. It is called as such because it is the stretch of land that a traveler (who is not taking the International Railroad) needs to traverse in order to move through it.
Dard Forest. A forest between Cradle and a few eastern villages. Home to orcs.
CITIES =
Cradle = The largest, and oldest, human city. Repopulated around 68 A.S. Most of known history is gathered from here as many of the humans in this area died, but its languages, knowledge reserves, and structures were left untouched.
Libera. = The second largest human city, located at the center of the region. Repopulated around 202 A.S. For most of its new history, Libera was simply a colony of Cradle, until recently, Libera fought to gain its independence in 1192 A.S.
Tensions are still high between them, due to the recency of this war. Now, both cities trade but see each other as competition as humanity continues to progress.

III. The Adventurer's Guild
The Ranks: D < C < B < A < S
There are over a thousand Rank D adventurers in the world, each of which are considered mere rookies. However, there are only a handful of Rank S adventurers.
IV. Essence
In every living thing, Essence can be found. Essence is a strange mystical energy that can be manipulated by living beings to create magic, though the amount of Essence one person has is determined at birth.
