Chapitre 46: Chapter 46 New discovery
On the same evening.
A man in a hood was lying on soft grass watching the glittering sky falling in darkness when-

A supersonic wave obliterated the land when he was lying.
"Well, well, well… if it isn't the stoic maid and her blondie sister." Said the man from the other side of the place. He dodged the attack within just a second.
"You have gotten fast, Emiya!"

The man named Emiya ducked the horizontal slash and kicked back but found no one.
Swing*
He dodged another attack in a blink of a moment and dodged another devastating wave by a couple of backflips.
"Whoa! Are you here to kill me?" Emiya playfully said. He removed his hood revealing a face with tanned skin and white hair standing back.
"If we wanted to kill you, you wouldn't be even standing here." A blond hair girl said. She was wearing a typical office outfit with a sword in her hand. Next to her was a girl in a maid outfit with a stoic face and purple appearance. They were none other than Ryoka and Relissa.
"Nope, you wouldn't be even able to find me," Emiya said with a smug. Suddenly he was smashed on the ground by the sudden increase in gravity on him. He gritted his teeth and glanced at the maid who had a slight grin on her face.
Two girls then walked near him, looking at his pitiful figure of Emiya being buried on the ground.
"We could take you on whenever we want kid. Now tell us why you tried to kill Rex?" Relissa asked with cold glares.
Emiya smirked then vanished with a wooden plank appearing in his place. Both sisters turned around to see the man leaning back on a tree.
"Isn't that was my job in the first place?" Emiya asked.
"No, it wasn't like that. He was on verge of death, you moron!" Relissa retorted.
"Humph. I will do however I want. It's not like he is here to stop me." Emiya said.
"But we do. His loved ones suffer most." Ryoka who was silent all this time said with a sad face.
"Tch. I don't care and don't wanna hear your babbles. I was tasked to do this so it's up to me how I want to do it. If he doesn't make it alive then it is his failure. Isn't that how we are trained for?" Emiya said then vanished with a blue light.
"Idiot. Next time Rex-sama will make him lick dirt. Let's go Ryoka, I don't want to raise any suspicion or the entire plan will fail." Relissa said then both of them vanished with similar blue light.

Rex was sitting with his mother that night. After lunch with Momo and Kyoka, both of them left since the next day was their school going to open.
After the meeting at the school, Bisha came back. Bisha also informed Rex that the only measure authorities took was to increase the security around the city which both Rex and Bisha knew, meant nothing at all. What's more, Nezu was able to get away with just a warning.
"All Might is a good shield for defense. At most, Principal Nezu was able to get away with rising suspicion of a traitor in school." Rex said watching a Spanish movie together with his mother.
He thought that he should use that rat-looking creature for some experiments. He heard that Nezu was part of some experiments many years ago for his intelligence quirk.
'Wait what if one of the rats in my lab gets a similar quirk and makes a plan to revenge me?' Rex thought and grinned. He has many rats that were mutated because of his nanites but their mutation was nothing like Nezu or any EVO that appeared in the series.
"I don't know but they are underestimating the severity of the situation. They are just making All Might as the almighty defender of the world." Bisha said with a sigh.
"Mom, that's what happened when you place the happiness and reliance on your shoulders too much. If you stumbled and fall even a little bit, the whole nation will suffer." He said switching off the screen. "Anything I should know?"
"Even if I don't tell you, you will find out on your own." Bisha said then looked at Rex and said, "Rex, where you are heading is nothing but a swamp. You will take a step and it will trap you, drowning you down continuously. Don't forget that there are people who cared about you."
Rex stood up and started walking to his room. He stopped and said, "Someone has to go to the root of these troubles, or I could lose people who are dear to me. I can't be a hero who would simply wait for villains to appear and hurt my friends and family. I am the only one who is aware of the seriousness of this cat and mouse game. I am sorry but I won't be like All Might or your type of hero." He then left.
"Humph. Cheeky brat… Where did I hear those lies?" Bisha mumbled.
Rex came back to his room and sat down on his bed and sighed. Over the past few years, he has traveled to many places around the world and things were more serious than anyone could imagine.
The whole world has become a playground of heroes and villains but do you know who suffers? It's the innocent people. Losing your family members was very common in this world. Those who lost them either choose to become a hero or villain or just do whatever they want.
"First, I want to find this Emiya person." He mumbled.
[Sir, there is something that you are forgetting.] Jarvis spoke when he was in his brainstorming process.
"Really? Is it dinner? Nah, I just ate. Even if I don't eat, I won't die since I have enough spiral force to spend a month." Rex said. He will cultivate spiral force when he would be attending regular classes because they were super boring.
[No, sir. Something really important.]
"Resetting the password of my hentai account? Wait, is there new hentai of catgirls?"
[NO, Sir. Something really, really, and really important.]
"Hmm, is it a new Spanish movie?"

"Seriously! Wait a bit longer when mom went back. Ryoka won't bother me but I can't do something when she is around." Rex said then added, "By the way, search all the current sources of information and tell me if you found something interesting."
He then started to meditate to harness more spiral force while also thinking.
The first thing that came to his mind was making new machines. Right then, he can't rely on his existing machines since they were for full combat purposes.
A machine that could store a lot of things like portable pocket space where you could even place a truck inside. He knew that technology existed in this world but was very limited and scarce. For one thing, it was not even available for the masses. Yato had one but it could only store only 50 kg of things with limited aspects like nonmetal materials only. He wanted one which is not limited and could store anything.
Then the most important thing he wanted was a machine like teleportation. He still remembered that Kurogiri person who had a wrap quirk which is very useful for wicked villains. He knew that Kurogiri was either an artificial being or a very innocent person without any knowledge of good or bad like a doll. What makes him more interesting was his teleportation quirk. He also knew that the Emiya guy also used some kind of device for escaping. He wanted to make a similar machine from his nanites.
Then the third and most important machine was also not for combat but information. He remembered making one in his previous life which he used to gather information about various politicians. The simple yet horrifying-looking chip that could unravel all your secrets. God's eye.
Although this era was a little backward in technology, he could make good use of cameras and the internet all across the world. He can't get all of the information and locations of villains but he wanted to make this machine for covering most of the parts.
[Incoming call from butler Sebas] He was in his thoughts when he heard Jarvis. Rex nodded and answered the call. A holographic screen appeared in his room with Sebas' manly picture.
"Hello, Sebas. How are you doing?" Rex asked casually.
[I am sorry Rex-sama. I was not able to inform you about the villains gathering in a place. I thought about finding this place first but they moved before I could do anything.] Sebas' voice seemed a little down.
"It's okay, Sebas. Mistakes happen. Did you do what I asked you for?" Rex asked.
[Yes. I have renewed my license and acquired some information that you would be interested in, Rex-sama.]
"I am listening."
[Some assassins and many fugitives entered Japan's territory recently.]
"And what is the interesting part?"
[They wore a skull mask. Other you may know as a black lightning count of a famous island.]
Rex widened his eyes when he heard those words. He thought for a second then said, "Sebas, continue what you are doing and tell me about their whereabouts."
[As you wish, Rex-sama.] Sebas said and then ended the call.
Rex stood up from his bed and took out a box hidden in a secret cabinet in his room. He opened the box and saw a white mask with a smiling face.
"It looks like my alter ego has some work to do. It's time to make my own underground team." He said looked at the mask. "Famous assassins and a chunni avenger. It's time for them to pay the favors they owe me." He said with red light glittering from his left eye.
