"Sire, my name is Hevner. And I stand to present to you the decision made by all the lycans. We demand that the former king Edison, be put to death. 

"As for Alanor—" Hevner began and the prince looked at the man who was holding the fate of his mate and probably even his mate bond. 

Everyone was carefully watching and as Unar stared at the lycans around him, he knew the decision was one he would never like. He had a feeling that this was going to break his heart more than the simple fact that his father was going to be put to death. 

He didn't want to lose his mate, he couldn't and that was just his wishful thinking. 

Unar was panicking and Alanor could feel it in their bond, especially when he felt his lycan getting restless.

"Relax, my Unar. Whatever decision the lycans make, you must accept it, love. You shouldn't fight your people for me," Alanor said like he could already sense what was going to happen.
